WONDERFUL WILLOW

Willows love the wet so thrive in Wales! We grow many different varieties on Primrose Organic Farm and can supply:
 

Cuttings – so you can grow your own willow.

Wands – so you can weave things & create live willow structures.

Corkscrew Willow – used in interior decor.
 

Cuttings 
Our cuttings are 20 cm tall and can be planted between October & March to easily produce a new willow tree. Cuttings are sold in packs of 10 cuttings for £5. 

Pack A  contains 10 cuttings of the same colour of willow.
 

Pack B contains 2 of each colour (Red, Yellow, Green, Brown & Purple willow).
 

Wands
Need some willow to get weaving / building? 

Our Willow wands are Salix x Smithiana (a super-willow hybrid) and are ideal for live willow structures and have beautiful silver catkins and dark leaves.
 

Corkscrew willow
Also known as ‘Wiggly Willow’ or ‘Dragon’s Claw Willow’. It's often dried and used as decoration in the home. You can also plant it in your garden.
 

Learn how to use willow
We host courses on weaving with willow and making live sculptures. The tutors are professionals who specialise in these areas.
